I ordered the Tuesday special. 8 pieces chicken in a bucket. When I got home I opened the Bucket and found only 6pcs, I called KFC and asked for a manager. I spoke to Rosemary( Manager) and she was awesome and very accommodating, bet customer service ever! she told me to come back and that she was very sorry, I appreciate people like you, God Bless and good job KFC for hiring people who care!
The new Ultimate Spicy Chicken BBQ Sandwich is pretty darn good for $! This location is also very clean and modernized. I love the decor and the interior design - fabulous! The art installations also are Insta-friendly. Friendly are the staff too, so yes, the service was great. Food is good here, and they accept coupons. Drive-thru is not always packed and so can be very fast. Only thing is that the cheese foe the chicken sandwich was not melted, so when I melted it myself, it was definitely really good!
The reason I like this particular KFC is that it's also a Taco Bell! Can't beat going in and ordering both KFC and Taco Bell, that's for sure. I get total satisfaction here for my cravings. The Drive-Thru is always a smooth experience for me, and they'll even bring my order out to my car if it's going to take more than a few minutes' wait. The staff here is very friendly and fast (especially when there are items already made, but even then I know I'm getting super-fresh-cooked food if I have to wait). Definitely my go-to for those KFC/Taco Bell fixes!
